Our History
CCR Plascon commenced operations in 1995 as Country Care Recycling, established under the Envirogreen Australia Trust to provide sustainable recovery and reprocessing of used chemical containers across Australia. What began as a dedicated recycling operation has evolved into a fully integrated supplier of products and services for industry.
Today, CCR Plascon combines environmental responsibility with practical industrial solutions — supplying, collecting, laundering and testing Intermediate Bulk Containers while offering containment products for businesses throughout Perth and across Australia.

From our Bassendean facility, we deliver end-to-end IBC management alongside a growing product range designed for safe bulk liquid handling:
- Contract IBC laundering — professional 6-part cleaning, repair and pressure testing for fleet operators
- New and reconditioned IBCs — light duty liquid shuttles, heavy duty units and graded A–D stock
- Segbox W007 — segregation devices for incompatible chemicals during transport and storage
- 200L blue drums — cleaned, reconditioned and QA inspected
- Chemical bunds and pallet cages — spill containment and secure warehouse handling
- Plastic granulating and environmental disposal — sustainable end-of-life processing for chemical containers
